#38 Triangular Felting Needles

These #38T gauge felting needles are perfect for shaping sculptures and flat felting. The #38T is a medium sized needle for general felting.

This type of needle...

• Has 2 barbs per side
• Is 3 inches long (standard size for felting needles)
• Is painted Red to help distinguish between other felting needles. 

Note: There is no standardized colors for felting needles, so the colors shown at Green Cottage don't correlate with other painted felting needles. 

Felting needles are brittle and known to break. When felting, ensure your needle goes straight in and out of the wool. Don't bend or twist the needle, as this can lead to breakages. 

CAUTION: Felting needles are very sharp! Felting needles are intended for supervised kids over age 10 and adults with good manual dexterity and the ability to use care and caution when working with sharp needles.
